    With big thanks to Mrs. Suwimon - wonderful woman, owner of Cacao farm and resort with amazing river views, and her family, who care about us every time we stay there, and whom helped us so much with birth of Maya.

 To post here our cocoa-chocolate ideas wasn't the initial plan - following the tradition, first I began to regale by my new choco-recipes people around, starting from our guests, neighbors, family and friends, random people who we've met... - most of them said they love chocolate, all of them looks like enjoy it. Then it was a time of e-mail, call and meetings with business people - with offers them to make mini-chocolate-factory for us & friends, meeting in a single restaurants and resorts... Oh. life of people today,  as Blessed-One said  " like a tangled skein, a knotted ball of string, like matted rushes and reeds...."
      So eventually we eat all the chocolate we had with people around, and nothing else happens - just regular breaking of home blenders - "chocolate-making deserves special dedicated equipment" ( one of the myths). Couple of harvests passed away, leaving us with amazing tasty & blossoming photos of cacao fruits & flowers. Now its time for the next circle - to inform the noble people of Nakhon Si Thammarat, then islands nearby - Samui, Phangan & Tao, then few articles to random Phuket websites - that's the modest plan - starting from informing those who live next to the Cacao trees and love chocolate, spreading then our activity further & further, beyond the borders of tambons, cities and provinces, countries and continents, worlds and galaxies....
      Ending this passage with sincere wish "from the heart in its very middle" - "Hey People, its not all of us gone sleep, right?!- eat the Real food - now i mean chocolate - it increasing your ECP - Energy,  Creativity and Passion to upper things we can do in life together, as it tested on random volunteers". Examples:
  • quickly check  all of the main website builders for photographers, they made whole Divine Light Photo-Stock using the best one;
  • others got the 1,5 $ startup idea of Future - PhotoStay - a guidebook to stay and travel from photographers for photographers, with offline-booking option;
  • invented Property Art - for the time "When Art is useless, and Property artless", and Property Art surely ≠ Art in Property:);
  • Started to work under the Community Eco-centre - new-generation of  non-expensive Eco-retreat with healing courses, based on island near.
  • Founded the Tea Travel - map of places to stay with a most clear, tasty & healthy water from its own source, accommodation and nature space to enjoy the tea - to return to tradition of slow tea ceremony. Tea trees in Thailand aged as 100-1000 years, which means... yes its clear - people were drinking good tea here, and did it for generations.
  • Launched Rudraksha Club - photo-diaries here - all about Rudraksha - trees, beads, seeds, planting, wearing, healing. Main page is multilingual. Started from learning the unique properties and map of existing trees of rudraksha on koh Phangan, then we explore it in Nakhon Si Thammarat, Suratthani, Krabi, Chiang Mai, Koh Chang, and made a steps to worldwide research. Visit the photo-chronicles about our Rudraksha Mission  Contact founders to make it even sooner!
        Noble people don't miss the chance to save - save something alive, good and useful, what deserve to be saved. But there are many of us living today on still-green planet, so its also a kind of challenge - to find & complete the task in-time - both before total devastation & disappearance and appearance of other "super-rescuers".
Today we are at Tarnsai, Thalingchan, district Tha Sala - the only cocoa farm we saw in Thailand. Half of the farm, to be correct - many of the cocoa trees were already cut down, long before our arrival. Time ago there were many of small cocoa farms in this area, and even today you can notice random cocoa trees on a road. The wind was changed then, and now farmers prefer to plant Durian instead of cacao, due to its higher prices and much less hassle with process itself (I heard that this time of the year price on durians almost double less). Surely - when the cocoa pods are ripe, the story just began - farmers need:
  1. to collect ripe fruits from trees and keep keep them for a while;
  2. to open the pods, extract the wet beans and start fermentation process;
  3. to  dry it under the Sun, what takes long time, especially n rainy season.
    And after all of that they can't sell it so easy as they sell huge aromatic Durians!

There are many well-known fruits in Nakhon SI Thammarat, by which Thailand is so beloved - here are our top 5: mangusteens, rambutans, durians, mangosand long kongs.
   Others less famous top-5 fruits are: Burmese grape, carambola, marian plum, passion fruit and "mafai" (Thai name, similar to "Lamai" berry). For sure, each of us will have its own top-5-7-10-13-36 fruits-berries-veggie.
